Bluewater specializes in luxury renovations and new-build construction of custom estate homes in central and northern Palm Beach County. Under Matt’s careful leadership the company has cultivated an excellent reputation for quality, craftsmanship and safety. Matt was born and raised in South Florida. His entire family, including his wife Jennifer, has extensive experience in the field of luxury real estate. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State, Matt closed over twenty five-million dollars in sales as a residential real estate agent. Since then, he has honed his negotiation, investment, and management skills through several successful ventures and ultimately founded Bluewater Construction.
